Description
This range includes the two reagents required to operate the MH-630 automated hematology analyzer. The DIL-E diluent (20 L container), based on sodium chloride and sodium sulfate, dilutes blood samples and forms the sheath flow, providing a stable environment for cell counting. The LYE-1 lyse reagent (200 mL, 500 mL, or 1 L bottles) lyses red blood cells to enable hemoglobin measurement and white blood cell counting/differentiation (3-part differential). Both reagents are stable for 2 years between 2 and 30 °C (60 days after opening between 15 and 30 °C) and meet strict blank-value specifications (WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT)
