Manufacturer
Description
The iRupt Jr. is a mini cell homogenizer designed by Neuation for efficient lysis and grinding of small-volume samples. Its servo-driven DC motor offers speed adjustable from 2800 to 4000 rpm, with microprocessor control ensuring efficient performance even under full load. Its timer adjustable from 3 to 180 seconds and its cyclic intervals in pulse mode (3 to 99 seconds) allow optimized homogenization, with a capacity of 3 x 1.5/2 ml per sample. The magnetic lid lock automatically stops the rotor if opened, and the unit generates much less heat than competing models to preserve sensitive samples. Lightweight, compact, and highly portable, it is easy to set up in a cold room.
